- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 18, 2019, by john BoswellI sent my pro 97 hand held scanner the first of Aug.2014 and after 5 or 6 calls wondering when my scanner will be repaired the guy keeped blowing me off. Its now Jan. 3rd 2015 and still nothing! Please think twice if you send your scanner to this guy for a repair. you may never see it again....After 6mo. was told he could not fix it with the parts he didn't have or could not get so i asked for him to send it back. I will let you know if i get it back. I will update...jb Up date: G&G did send back my scanner not working, i hope you have better luck...jb
